Event Description Decisions can be difficult without the right information. These workshops are designed to provide you with critical information that will assist you in making informed choices. In addition, these workshops will provide useful forms, access to resources and assistance. This first workshop in the six part series focuses on the legal issues often involved in elder care and estate planning. Neglecting your legal affairs can result in financial losses, family arguments and discrepancies in care. This workshop will address questions and issues in understandable language. Topics include: Advance Health Care Directives Geriatric, Case management/assessment, Guardians and Conservators, Power of Attorney, Asset Protection, Estate Planning (Wills & Trusts), VA Aid and Attendance Benefit. |
