Event Description
Decisions can be difficult without the right information. These workshops are designed to provide you with critical information that will assist you in making informed choices. In addition, these workshops will provide useful forms, access to resources and assistance. This workshop will help clarify misconceptions and fears many people have when facing end-of-life issues and options. Topics include hospice options and funeral planning.
